List of PO's with Attachments - Table/Fields

Dear Experts, I've a requirement to pull all the PO's that has Attachments. Which Table / Field is used to pull this Report? In ME23N, the files stored in 'Attachment List' - where do they reside? Is it in Application Server? How do we find the File Path? Please advise. Appreciate it. Thanks for your support!
