Unplanned delivery cost not able to post in MIRO

Sap guru's

I faced an error as "balance is not equal to zero: 1000rs... Message no. M8186"

Scenario is that I am posting invoice in MIRO ,and in detail tab enter unplanned delivery cost amount. tax code is selected zero tax.

When going to post system showing a dialog box as balance is not zero. while recheck again balance is zero.

Note- in IMG configuration it's selected option 1 I.e distribute among invoice item inclusive planned cost.

If same scenario posted with option blank or option 2, it posted. Problem is only with option 1.

Kindly advise where I am wrong..

I would recommend to search for OSS notes in general.

The indicator 1 is only to my knowledge only available if the BAdi MRMBADI_UDC_DISTRIBUTE is implemented

Searching for OSS notes based on error message M8186 or based on the BAdi name MRMBADI_UDC_DISTRIBUTE returns several notes with bug fixes. So you should implement the bug fixes and then retest the scenario.
