Where to open message with BSI support

Hi gurus,

I am logged into https://mybsiconnect.force.com/login for BSI Taxfactory 10.  How can I then find where to electronically open a support message with BSI support?

Actually, BSI Support is now plugged into the SAP Incident Wizard, so you can open a support ticket with them the same way you would with SAP. The key is to choose component XX-PART-BSI-TFY when you create the Incident (Message).

You need to drop a mail to "support@bsi.com" for your issues.
