qty doubling in CO09

HI experts

Quantity is showing double or more in CO09.

There are also 2 arrival dates showing in Co09 for this same STO (2/18 & 2/25).

experts please suggest

Hi Raja,

You are using Shiping notifications. Go to the Purchase Order (ME23N), select the confirmation tab and you will see all the shipping  notifications..

When you use Shpping notifications and/or Schedule lines, you could see multiple partial reception per PO/item..

It looks like two schedule lines of the STO, one with requirement quantity but without confirmed quantity, the other is vice versa ...

Your snaps shots are not showing what your issue is because your delivery snap shot is showing multiple line items for given quantities.

Please share complete detailed snap shots for MD04 and CO09?

Also, check if you have different schedule lines in the PO at item level. So you could have the same item with partial deliveries: one quantity to be received on 2/18 and another quanitty on 2/25.

Finally, if the issue is not explained with my previous comment, could please share the screenshots of CO09 and MD04?
