Hi Experts,
Am scheduling crystal report .rpt file in Crystal Server over email, in this case am getting actual report as attachment in mail.
But i want actual report to be sent in mail body instead of sending it as attachment in mail.
i came to know that it is not possible to send report in mail body, but i heard the we can achieve it using publication.
Can anyone please help me in creating a publication and also tell how can i send Crystal report in mail body using publication.
Thanks in Advance.
Hi Ajay,
Publication has an 'mhtml' format that lets you place the report's contents in the e-mail's body. I'm not too sure how well it works though.
Use the search bar to the top right to find more info on this subject or just download the Admin Guide for the version of BO you have from http://help.sap.com

Thank you for the step by step list of creating the publication. The output was not what I expected.
Is there a setting in the report that I need to change?
What version of Outlook you have?
Check below KB article.
