Hi,

Zero-Balance Clear Account - Mistakenly posted some transaction; as we know manual postings are restricted to this account as this is auto balancing account defined for any external postings.

But these transactions are posted through IDocs from other system to ECC. All these transaction around 30-40 transaction done in 2014.

Now business found these account balance should be zero; and need to transfer to other account.

Problem: Zero balance account balances required to be transferred to other account.

Any one having any clue how to resolve this issue.

Hi Partha,

If you have selected the post automatically check box for the GL account ,then remove it. After this, you have to do manual posting to the same account assignment. Suppose if your clearing account as profit centre 100, then you have to transfer the balance to PC 100 only. Then only it set off the balance.
