Rule 168 Problem - Container Elements not found

Hi,

We are on ECC 5.0 SP 9.0, initially our Rule 168 used to work normally.

Recently we applied Patch 14 , and now, we found that the Rule 168 doesnt have any Container Elements. Ultimately my RULE Doesnot work in my Workflows.

What could be the problem?
