Hi,
I am using UOM conversion at Bex level.
I have restricted a KF say ABC with variable conversion which will prompt 2 values on selection screen. So at selection I get to choose 1) CSE or 2 ) LB,
Now i have a kf say XYZ which is having UOM conversion as Constant 'LB'.. If I choose 'CSE' for ABC conversion at selection Screen the XYZ shows me value in CSE instead of LB.
If I choose 'LB' for ABC conversion at selection Screen the XYZ shows me value in LB.
Why is the "Constant UOM conversion' to XYZ behaving this way?
Regards,
Rahul S.
Hi,
please create the variable with multiple single values then give the both values - 1) CSE 2 ) LB. while executing the query.
plesae share the some screen shot better understanding.
Thanks,
Phani.

Hi Rahul,
Please check the Unit conversion rules in the properties tab for your concerned Key figures.
please check the variable that is used in the 'Target Currency' Field for XYZ KF. if its the one being filled with 'LB' or 'CSE'
the conversion will be applied based on the input only.

Hi Rahul,
With given information in question, I can guess XYZ is RKF OR CKF which is using ABC? please check. In other words, XYZ might be using ABC OR UOM Variables.
In any other cases, please provide the Query Definitions and more screenshots for the issue.
Thanks,
Umashankar

Hi Rahul,
Please share information on your Unit of Measure conversion rule (e.g. a couple of screenshots).
