Unable to Trigger Replacement Order From Advance Return Order

Hello All,

We are implementing Advance Returns Management.

I have performed the following configurations

1) Advance Return Order and Replacement Order types have been configured in the system

2) The customization for auto creation of follow up document type for customer returns have been maintained(screen shot attached below)

3) The advance Return Order Type is activated for advance returns and the subsequent delivery free of charge order type is also maintained(screen shot attached)

However when I create the advance return Order type the SDF order does not get triggered automatically, please advice further.
