I created a data set from unx and it returned around 250000 rows.
the data is at the date level and I created a time heirarchy based on a date field from one of the objects from universe.
I tried to create a visualization of rank by Top 10 Customers based on the new hierarchy and I see the visilization never creates.
I see an error as "There are too many data points to visualize (maximum is 10,000)....."
I am not clear why I receive this error even though I set the rank as Top 10 customers.
Is there any limit in the no of records we pull from universe?
Please reply if any one face this issue or I apprecaite if you can mimic the same scenario and see if you face the same issue.
Hi - see Jay's response in this thread: http://scn.sap.com/thread/3651909
He says "By default, as defined in Lumira.ini, Lumira displays a maximum of 10,000 data points per chart. You can manually change this number if you really want, but that gives you an indication of what is a reasonable amount of data to visualize."
