BSI Synchronize toll - Cross Client error message

Hi All,

I'm using the BSI Synchronize toll for the first time. I executed the tool in Productive Run for both Cross-Client & Client Specific and the results were successful as all the tables were affected as expected. Now, when I try to create the Workbench Request for the Cross-Client an error message appears stating that "Enter numeric values only", please message below. Does anyone know what could be causing this? Your help is greatly appreciated.

Diagnosis

The value "*0" was entered in the field "TAXTY".

This is not possible because it is a numeric field where only numbers may be
entered.

The length of the field is 000002.

System Response

The entry was not accepted.

Procedure

Enter only numeric values in this field.
