Issue with SPL Screening

Hi Experts,

We are facing SPL screening issue while checking the SPL Screening for SPL blocked documents. We are getting the following text when we start the SPL screening for documents.

below is the screen shot to start the screening of blocked documents.

    

We have checked business partners and it looks good. I would request you please suggest any other checks to resolve this issue as this is very urgent.

Hi Vin,

The SPL screening option in the blocked documents report triggers B2 screening.

If the option 'Check Logic for Docs' is set to 'New Check of Changed Addresses', the relevant partner functions in these documents cannot be checked if these partner functions have been not flagged as modified status.


Refer to field 'ADRMA' in table /SAPSLL/CORPAR.


The setting of this option means that the B2 scenario only screens partner functions with changed addresses against the SPL boycott list.

If you do not have a changed address in documents then re-screening will not be performed, this is the reason for seeing the "Unable to select data" in the blocked document report.

Hi Eoin,

Thank you for your prompt reply.

I have checked field for one of BP in the above referred table and found many records updated with Blank and very few records have been updated with "X" in the table. It looks this problem is coming only Duubai customers as the blocked documents have been created with AE country code.

Could you please advise me to verify the other options to resolve this issue.

This seems to be standard GTS behavior from the blocked documents report.

Please check KBA 1623955 for more information on this topic and the changes you could consider if your users re-screening in this manner.
