is it possible to post conditionwise documents in RE-FX

Hi,

Every month, when a contract is processed through RERAPP,  system posts one FI document which contains all the conditions that are falling due on the date as given in RERAPP.

Is it possible to post fi document per condition?  eg  I have two conditions in my contract - Rent and CAM charges.  Can I get two accounting documents for this when I process contract for the month?

Hi Sadhana,

you might consider to assign different FI document types to the conditions you are posting to achieve a document split.

Thanks Franz,  your solution is working perfectly.   I can use this to resolve my issue.

There is a suggestion above that conditionwise posting is possible in RERAPP.  I checked all the availble options in RERAPP and possible config in RECACUST,  but could not find conditionwise posting anywhere.  if anybody is having any info on how to activate this selection criteria in RERAPP,  please share.

Hi Sadhana,

the option to restrict by condition type in transaction RERAPP is available if you activate the business function RE_GEN_CI_2.

Please keep in mind that activating of a business function is irreversible. So for testing purposes  you might consider to do it in a sandbox system first if you are not sure if you want to keep it permanently.

Hi Rajnikant,

If condition that would be posted are not too much within one contract,you can post using selection per condition type in rerapp, personally i don't know about configuration in spro,hehe

Hi Sadhna,

It is possible to do periodic posting at condition level. You need to update to EHP4 ( Just confirm from SAP) pack after that you will get one more selection filed i.e. periodic posting at condition level at the time performing periodic posting for contract.

                                                            Or

You can give two different due date at condition level, one due date like 10-01-2015 for rent condition and another due date like 12-01-2015 for cam charge. At the time RERAPP give due date from 10-01-15 to 10-01-15 and it will generate accouting doc for rent condition only. In same way you can do for cam charge also.

Thanks for your reply.  We are on EHP6 but there is no such selection field in RERAPP.  is there anything else to be done to get this selection field?

The other option is doable but may not work for us because here user is using standard frequency for the contracts.  this option would mean change in all the contracts.
