Badi: CRM_IM_ADD_DATA_BADI is not called when attribute context is selected in mail forms

I have added custom attributes using attribute context. I need to implement custom logic to populate values to the custom attributes. When I select attribute context in Mail forms, BADI CRM_IM_ADD_DATA_BADI is not called. Please specify the steps to debug this BADI.

Do you mean you want the BADI to be called when you maintaining a mail form? Can you provide standard business role and details of operations?
