Dear Experts,

During the training and orientation program for our users. I came to know that most of the standard settings for project planning board has been changed.

Various time scales and lots of things has been changed. Its getting very critical and cumbersome process to undo the changes.

Is there any process where I can undo this effect of change in project planning board.

Shrishti

Hi,

I think there should be an option of undo the changes from the menu. OR you may better check it with mass changes using CNMASS transaction code.

Hi Amit,

Thanks for the reply. But the option of undo is disabled and I could not find the changes to be done through CNMASS.

Kindly suggest other alternative.

Hi,

Not sure why it is disabled. Could you post a SU53 screen shot.?

One more thing, I need to ask.? Do you want to make undo changes from multiple user id's?

Hi Amit,

Yes, It got affected from multiple user id's. I want to make changes everywhere and if I gonna make it individually then it would be very cumbersome process even if undo option gets enabled because it would work only for that particular user id.

Hi,

OK. Luckily I have got one standard report for you.

There is a standard report available. Go to SE38 and execute the report RSAPFCJGR.

In next screen it would ask you to put the multiple users as a credentials.

I think it would work for you. Waiting for your reply.

Amit

Hi Shrishti,

Just for my clarification, is the issue in planning board setting or any transaction settings like WBS element network etc.

Check below thread for list of standard reports
