Problem to Renew licence key

Hello,

I tried to renew my licence key for the minisap system A4H. I opened the site

https://go.support.sap.com/minisap/#/minisap and filled in the form. After that I pressed the button 'Generate'. It is 24 hours later now and I did not get any responce yet.

Can anyone tell me what I did wrong. I accepted the licence agreement.
