SAP EHS Menu - Missing from Logistics

Hello Team,

We have recently upgraded from SAP EHP6 to EHP7.

Before upgrade the SAP Menu was containing the folder for EHS.

After upgrade folder for EHS doesnot appear under SAP menu -> Logistics.

In the SPRO configuration, folder for EHS appears.

Even in the SAP Menu, under HR, IH & OH folder appears.

Only the menu EHS under logistics doesn't appear.

I have gone through SAP notes:

a. 0000855959

b. 0001046045

EA-PLM is already active.

Also checked the same under t code -

SCPR20PR.

Here also all the three EA-PLM-IMG/MENU/AKH is under green colour.

Please help, if anyone can guide in this regard.

They have moved it to a position under Human Resources instead of Logistics.

I checked the menu under HR, there are only IH & OH specific folder.

We are using product safety module, which is not available there.

Oi thats odd.  OK then, have you tried to search for one of your known transactions through the binoculars?  The only place I see Product Safety is under Logistics>>Production-Process>>Master Data>>Recipe Management>> Environment>>Product Safety.  But I am not sure if this is what you are looking for?

Dear Sherri

the standard menu is associated with transaction "S000". It is not common that EHS classic will show up different (at different place) after upgrade. But this is not a "real" issue. You can e..g create own company specific menues and add transaction to them according to your need or you can add EHS transactions as "favorites" in SAP Standard menue.

Keep in mind. The SAP standard menu is "only" dedicated to help users to "find" something. If something is missing here it does not mean that transaction as such is not available in the system

What do you mean by EHS Menu ?

EHS will be in SPRO and not under logistics, as its separate part of.

Are you talking about EHSM ?

I am talking about the SAP Menu.

After upgrade on the quality system & development system, the folder EH&S doesn't appear under Logistics node:

Before upgrade it was appearing between Agency Business & Central Functions.

Aarohi,

On same page, clik on the "Other Menu" and select correct role, either single role or composite roles, I think you may be choose some wrong role.

If its not there in any role, may be something went wrong, hope this will helps to solve your problem.

It is not a uer specific / role specific menu.

This is standard SAP menu.
