Hi,
We have recently copied a whole SAP BI 4,1 system (SP4 Patch) using CMS and FRS backup. After restoring the system we have chekced that all reports runs fine except a single one that provides following message error (see screenshot):
BI launch pad cannot connect to the server. Close the report [anel and try to connect again or see ypur BusinessObjects Administrator
In the original system this reports take around 30s to be displayed so I suspect that some timeout limit is not set up in the destination system as it was in the source one.
We have checked all setting included in all webProcessing servers (related to timeouts) and we don;'t have find any value difference between systems.Also KBA knowledge database does not provide any note with this message.
Any idea about?
