How to check Contact Person of Vendor on Portal

Hi,

While Replication of Vendor from R/3 to ECC, We have to "Create Contact Person Data" for that Vendors. After Creation where we can check or display existing data of Contact Person for a particular Vendor on Portal. As per indicated below in Square (i want to see this data):

Hi Vikram,

Basically in ROS  client, you put details for contact person as well as other details in the self registration form .But while transferring the same to ECC /SRM client(manual) contact person data can not be transferred and it is standard as per SAP.Please refer to note 1845704 for more information.

Once ECC vendor replicated back to SRM client you can create the contact person and user login credential for them.

Hi Vikram,

You will be able to see this is in POWL for Business partners. Inside this Powl you can find "Contact Person" inside External Business Partner.  Search the Vendor in BP Organization Field

Hi Vikram,

Not pretty sure what exactly you are referring to. For vendor related data you can check the transaction "BP" in the SRM system and the same can be accessed in the Portal by using the Strategic Purchasing Link and from there the Business Partner related data.

Check whether that serves your requirement.
