Unable to add new price conditions under "Master Agreement Type"

Hi Experts,

We are trying to add new price conditions under an existing "Master Agreement Type" (for which pricing conditions already exists). By clicking on "Add Price Condition" button a blank pop up screen appearing (as shown in attached screen shot) and it is not becoming to select desired price condition.

We would like to know why the query is not displaying data in pop up screen. May we request to advice to fix this issue?

Hi Prabhakar,

    There a couple of things I would check..

1. Check the Price condition master data to make sure you have some replicated price Conditions from (ECC) marked as 'replicated' and also 'ACTIVE'

2. Make sure the System property for the 'external business system' matches with that on the Price conditions.

3. (most likely not a problem) just check the query to make sure it is not accidentally de-activated..

If you don't find anything from above.. please create an OSS ticket so that someone from Product support can look into your system and assist you..

Thank you for suggesting. We have checked those parameters and found all are in tact. We have raised an OSS message to seek help from SAP support team.

Hi Prabhakar,

You need to check one more thing.

By seeing your screen shot I think you have already added all the price conditions which are available in master data. Pop up screen appearing blank because there is no new price condition to add.
