SMP 3.0 server is not getting started with SP03 and SP04

Hi All,

I am working with SMP 3.0 SP03 platform. Recently we started facing this issue that the SMP server is not getting started.

(Please note that I am facing this issue both in an ongoing system and also a newly created system where we have just installed the SMP 3.0 server)

As suggested by SAP we have upgraded newly installed server from SP03 to SP04. Unfortunately the issue still persists and the server is not yet started.

When checking the logs :

This is the entry which I am getting continuously. Is there anything specific to agentry which we need to take care of?

If anyone has faced this issue please share your experience and help is in solving this issue.
