Customizing message "No portal roles are assigned for this user"

When a user logs into the portal and has no portal roles assigned the following message is displayed. "No portal roles are assigned for this user. If this problem persists contact your system administrator". I would greatly appreiciate if you portal gurus could advise me on how to customize/change the standard message. In particular, if this is a standard iview in the portal, that can be customized, could you please also provide me with the name of the iview.
