How to check amount value for approval of appropriation request?

Hi Gurus

I wanted to check the appropriation request configuraiton for one of my client. Till now I have checked following config.

In [SPRO- IM module - Appropriation request - Define approval level for App request] Here, I can see the appropriation request type for client.

I have also checked the work flow and partner level information for approver function.

My query is how to check the amount for which approval request will go for approvers through IMA11. If, I can put in other words, I know that when controller create Appropriation request it is going to approver for approval. I can see that work flow in SPRO but I am not getting cut off value or amount for which this request routed to different approver.

Hi,

I saw IMA11, Went to Planning Tab. Saw Plan Values. Did F1 then saw the technical name. It came out as structure name as IMA_RAIA9 and field name as INVKOS.

Then,

I went to SE84->Abap Dictionary->Fields->Structure Fields->Field name as "INVKOS" and got the following result.

I hope it makes some sense here. . Just get your abaper straight away and get your work done by searching for required table because I am not sure of any standard table/report either of the way. OR just wait for other experts to comment on this.

Please note that Amit sent you the field for Investment cost only, and I sent you the field for the total cost.

Thanks Guys, Being new to SAP facing such issue...I have asked technical consultant to show me the classification on server. All of your comments are helpful but to solve it  may be client abaper is the right person. Thanks.

Speak to the workflow consultant and understand the Workflow logic for AR using BUS2104.

Hi Aditya,

The total planned cost of AR is IMA_RAIA9-GESKOS.  IMA_RAIA9 is the structure, but hope you can find the table from there.

The amount is the same for all approvers, also it depends on the Variant, one AR can have multiple Variants.

I don't have access to run these structures. Can you tell me navigation path to check AR variant for ECC.

Open AR with IMA11, browse to last tab (I have custom tabs in my system, but it must be the last tab in standard), next browse to Plan Values tab (3rd tab) on the bottom part.
