Work center for MRS

Hello Experts,

  Along with the CRM system licence, i heard that MRS(Multi resource scheduling) will be also be part of it.  Please let me know what is the WOrkcenter name and in which standard business role can i find this application/ COmponent.

I am not sure about the licensing part, however i can tell you a bit about MRS in CRM service world.

• CRM service orders can be integrated to MRS based on the 'relevance' customizing .
• MRS can be used to run the optimizer to schedule these service orders and can be manually planned.
• The assignments created in MRS are dynamically loaded in CRM --> Item level --> Assignments work center in CRM WEB UI.
• You can also see the same in the CRMD_ORDER transaction as well.

Business role : Use the SERVICE_PRO business role.
