Eliminating entry in TIP

Hi,

My TIP has 3 S entries and 1 M entries.

I need to eliminate the M entry so that TIP has only 3 S entries.

How can we do this?

Is it with using GENTP. If yes please explain how would I use GENTP to solve the above scenario.

If some other operation or function please explain it in detail.
