Service Desk

Support message created from managed system is visible through crm_dno_monitor but not in solman_workcenter.

Why it is so?

    Hi Rajneesh,

    It can be due to multiple reason but one of the most common reason is

    workcenter is more user based therefore it shows tickets assigned to logged in user

    whereas in crm_dno_monitor you can see all tickets

    just check above and let us know ...we wil help further..do post screenshots

    Hi Rajneesh,

    which Transaction type is created? SLFN (ZLFN) or SMIN (ZMIN)?

    SLFN Messages are not visible in the CRM WEB UI.

    Hi  Rajneesh,

    In-order to see the ticket in UI screen , use transaction type: SMIN  or ZMIN

    Go to tcode-> dno_cust04 and Remove SLFN / Add ZMIN
