Time confirmation issue in SAP Syclo Workmanager

Hello All , I have issued with operation confirmation . Issue : Syclo when doing 2 times partial confirmation of time  , After the second partial confirmation, the order is moved to CNF and therefore removed from the tablet. Vesrion : 6.0.22.0 can you provide some suggestion on it ? Thanks & Regards, Kunal Varaiya

Questions:

1. What is your Workorder type: PM01 or INSP or something else?
2. Also what is your Work Manager version is it Work Manager 5.3?
3. Can you also described for definition purposes what you mean by 2 times partial confirmation of time?
4. Did you test this in the Agentry Test Environment?

If yes, can you try to debug in Transaction view on what occurs on the 2nd time you confirm on the property status or the mobile status? Was it confirmed or something else?

5. Was there any modification done on this Work Manager (custom) that you can think off that can influence the mobile status?

This is just to get the definition correctly.

Ans : only problem in fr language working fine with nl and en. 2 times means , when i do partial confirmation (on hold) its working fine first time. but same operation when i do partial confirmation (on hold) second time it is automatically doing final confirmation and remove from iPad for fr language. but this is not happening  in nl and en (working fine here , when we do finished then only doing final confirmation not on hold ) Did you test this in the Agentry Test Environment? Question: In your logs for SMPServer-smp-server.log do you have any issues starting up the application wherein the localization files (e.g. clientText.fr.ini and others) cannot be found for your French localization?

Theories behind this may be tied to a specific language wherein the system is having a hard time loading the localization but works in other languages.

The above question is a guess for now. You mentioned it works for nl and en. For any of the corresponding localization listed in the clientText.fr.ini or globals.fr.ini tied to status was there any conversion that could have influenced the transaction to transmit as confirmed? (ex: look at all status type of parameters or time confirmation type of parameters in the globals and compare nl, en and fr).
