New Header Button & Screen in CS Service Order

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement where I have to trigger a PI interface and hold the response in Service Order in PM.Then subsequently I have to change the status of the Service Order on saving.

To achive this, I thought of putting a new Button 'Call Business Service' in top left corner in the Header tab. On clicking this new button a new screen will open and hold the response coming from the PI interface and then once the data is populated and I can save the Order.

My question is

1) What are the customisation required to introduce a new Button in the top left corner in Header tab ? ( Marked in the below screenshot with a thick line)

2) What are the customisation required to open a new screen on clicking the button mentioned in above point?

Also , I open for any other solution.
