We are having an issue within our office. We each have Crystal reports installed on our local computers and are able to log onto our server without error. However, once we try to open a report from the server, we find that clicking on most reports produces the following error:
We are racking our heads on this one since we are able to log into it using the administrator accounts without any issues but the second we try to do anything, it says we can't.
Info:
SAP Crystal Reports for Enterprise XI 4.0 Version 14.0.2
SAP BusinessObjects BI Launch Pad 14.0.5

See page 171 on "8.14.2.2.1 Port Requirements for BI platform applications" from SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence platform

CMS Name Server Port (6400 by default)
CMS Request Port
Input FRS Request Port
Output FRS Request Port
Crystal Reports Processing Server Request Port
Crystal Reports Cache Server Request Port

Hope this helps,

I also notice that your CR4E is BI4.0 SP02 while BIP is on BI4.0 SP05. I'd suggest you to upgrade your CR4E to BI4.0 SP05 to rule out if this problem is due to the server and client version difference.
