Can anyone recommend any books or online materials with regards to upgrading from BusinessObjects XI 3.1 to 4.1.

I'm mostly interested from a systems administration or implementation point of view.

Stuart - I cannot review the book, I haven't read it - but the author is known expert on BusinessObjects/SAP analytics products/architecture.
You won't be disappointed with his advice.

I would recommend you to utilize the SAP Eexpert report for upgrade.
