Fiori Custom Theme - Issue on Mobile/iPad

Hi Experts,

I have changed the logo in Fiori Launchpad, as suggested in blog by Masayuki Sekihara:

And I have also set the theme parameter SAP_FLP-THEME to <my_theme> using transaction/UI2/NWBC_CFG_CUST and I am able to call the "Fiori Launchpad" successfully in desktop:

https://<host>.<domain>:<port>/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell/shells/abap/Fiorilaunchpad.html?sap-client=<client>

But in case of the same call of Launchpad in Android Mobile and iPad is not coming properly. It looks as it has some theme/css problem - Tiles names are coming without tile look & feel, data is also populating, but everything is on white background, alignment is completely disturbed. So theme is completely breaking in mobile and iPad. However I have cleaned up all the caches and scrutinize everything based on below URL:

but still facing the same issue. SAP Components Version are as follows:

Hi Hemendra,

I know this is a bit old but it might help others with same problem. We have had the same problem and looked at Note 2041742 but that didn't help. Instead it helped to update table HTTPURLLOC in each system. Se this blog for info on HTTPURLLOC:

Hi Hemendra,

I am facing the same issue while testing the custom theme on mobile devices for new users. The theme gets break down in some ugly pattern. Have you found any solution regarding this? Kindly help as I am in middle of deployment.

Hi Parth,

You need to cross-validate and apply latest SAP Notes related to UI and Theme designer, based on the SP level of your SAP system.

Thanks for your kind reply.

As suggested by you I had already applied the notes as my system in on SP level 12 and 1.28.8 UI library according to the below mentioned thread but still I am getting the same issue.

As I am routing the URL via web dispatcher say www.abc.com which is public but  it is still not getting the custom theme that I had created as it is still posting a GET query to internal system (www.internalserver.com) which is obviously not public to get the custom theme. Can you please suggest me how to get over this issue or something else that I might be missing.

Hi Hemendra,

I did all the troubleshooting as mentioned in the link. I had reset the USER PROFILE value in SU01 too. Applied the latest notes, but still getting that GET query failed i.e unable to get the custom theme.

I have client demo today, after this demo, I will share both the screen shots, however on both "Fiori Client" & "Safari", theme was breaking (Also on Android Mobile).
