Hello Soundar

I looks like you have a huge quantity of planning elements for your material and this quantity exceeds the lenght of the fields on transaction MD04. On a first moment, you should close some planning elements with large quantity so that you can display them on MD04. On a long term, you should think about a different unit of measure, in order to avoid this issue.

Regards

Caetano

In addition, using the procedure from the following document you will be able to stop in debug exactly when the error message is triggered. Then you will know for sure which planning element is causing the issue:

Hi Soundar,

By debugging the MD04, you will get the order causing this error.

If you don't know how to debug (even when you read the article shared by Caetano)  I would review table RESB and try to find an order with a high quantity. Other option could be to check your header materials (the finished or semi finished products that consume your material). Review if you have a forecast or orders with high quantities. This could be generating the overflow.

Kind Regards,

Hi Soundar,

Pls check BoM header base quantity or your required quantity is much higher than sap limit.

thx
