Hi all,
is it possible to conduct an export for which a license is required into the autorisised exporter procedure instead of the standard procedure? For the licenses we have SAP always puts the customs declaration into the standard procedure. Maybe a certain license type?
Thanks,
Carsten
Hi Carsten,
The decision which activity sequence will be determined for the newly created export declaration is dependent on several factors, please check
Customizing :
- in the `Control Settings` in Customs management SPRO, you see the License type associated with each activity sequence, if you`re using export in country that is natively supported by SAP then this should be ok.
- Determine activity sequence SPRO step, where you set up the act sequence system to use, based on a presence of a valid license
Master data :
The license for `Approved Exporter` - here if you have the license fully maintained, its setup for the valid FTO, Legal Unit, has valid status and validity period attributes (often overlooked), the license should be considered as valid, and then the export document should be created in the desired activity sequence.
I`d suggest you check the license again, if all is OK with the license, then check the customizing, and if you still struggle to resolve, get a developer to debug the determination of activity sequence, there is a Badi to determine the license that can be used in the worst case, but usually that is not needed in a relatively straightforward scenario...

Branislav
