Screen Elements disappearing in SAP Screen Personas.

I am repeatedly facing an issue for screens I have designed in Screen Personas.

My Standard SAP screen has a tabstrip with textboxes, labels and a table.

My requirement is to create a screen using the elements from one of the tabs and hide the rest of the tabs in the tabstrip.

Steps Performed:

I have made a copy of the basic view and performed all the steps for tab caching, I position the screen elements as per new design, hide the tabstrips and then SAVE and EXIT ,

Issue Faced:

After I run the tcode from the beginning using my new design the ALV and the textboxes have all disappeared.

The weird thing is if I click the basic_view_flavor and then return to my new design all the elements will reappear.

I think this is an issue with screen refresh or silverlight. I am not sure.

Is there any way to fix this??

You don't say which transaction you are working with. Knowing that would help us to help you.

This sounds like it might (depending in the transaction involved) be due to incorrect screen id or control id overwrite rules. See this blog for more details - SAP Screen Personas 2.0 Screen Id and Control Id overwrite rules - and OSS note 1999747 for details of what the entries should be.

If that's not the problem, please give more details of what you are doing.
