I am currently using Crystal Reports XI R2 Sp6. My goal is to be able to identify the required file (based on a report parameter identified by the user) and dynamically embed the contents of that pdf file into the body of a crystal report. The pdf files are currently stored in a network folder.
I have followed the suggestions from a previous post dated Nov/16, but have had no luck using OLE. When I tried this the report only showed the contents of the default pdf that I used. Not the document identified in the formula (I have hard coded the file path for testing).
Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated
The pdf may contain from 1 to 5 pages.
Yes the end result is to be able to export/email the report to a 3rd party.

What is the maximum number of pages in these pdf files?
Is this for interactive viewing or is the end result an export/print/email?
