How to set labels and input fields invisible?

Hi there,

I have the requirement to set some labels and fields invisible for all users, i.e. for a certain group of users.

See my attached JPG with the encircled areas which I like to set invisible.

There are some helpful threads here at the community, but still I can't get to the elements I need to change.

(see for customizing dashboards)

Any advice/guides how to set certain fields/labels invisible is appreciated.

regards

Darijo

Hi,

I found the solution.

@Dieter - you reminded me on the function of field controls - thanks!

The solution is to define your own field control.

The image below shows a quite dirty example, but its the way it will work:

Hi Darijo, there is a consulting solution that might help with your request:

Hello Dieter,

thanks for the reply.

Does this mean that there is no easy non-developer method to configure this requierement as e.g. customize dashboards as shown in

I just want to set the visibilty (yes, no) globally.

Darijo
