Setup Theme Parameter in Fiori Launchpad

Hi Experts,

I have changed the logo in Fiori Launchpad, as suggested in blog by Masayuki Sekihara:

I am successfully able to see the company logo in Full URL string as shown below:

https://<host>.<domain>:<port>/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell/shells/abap/Fiorilaunchpad.html?sap-client=<client>

&sap-theme=<theme>@https://<host>.<domain>:<port>/sap/public/bc/thems/~client-<client>

I have already set up the theme parameter to SAP Fiori Launchpad as suggested in below blog:

I have set the theme parameter SAP_FLP-THEME to <my_theme> using transaction /UI2/NWBC_CFG_CUST. Now I am trying to call the "Fiori Launchpad" without theme parameter:

https://<host>.<domain>:<port>/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell/shells/abap/Fiorilaunchpad.html?sap-client=<client>

It is still referring the standard SAP logo in it's blue_crystal theme as shown below:

Although, I have already cleaned up the cache at all levels - browser, front-end/back-end server. Please find the details of SAP Components Version:

SAP BASIS 740 SP 008

SAP_GWND 740 SP 009

SAP_UI 740 SP 0010

Am I missing something, some SAP Note... Any help is welcome.
