Hi CIN Experts,
We need to implement indian taxation for our Indian client. They have purely software sales and service and no physical goods are sold to customers.
Can you please explain how tax policies can be implemented without implementing CIN and will there be any issues on the government legal polices and any other reporting issues.
Your response will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
Hello Suraj,
Even if your client is purely into software sales and service, you have to implement the indian tax procedure TAXINN for the purpose of the service taxes which you must be involved in.
For tax policies consult your legal department. You need to implement the service tax functionalities from CIN.
Best Regards,
Vijayendra
