Copy field reference (NumAtCard)"

Hi,

I noticed that there's one field is not copied to the target document when i convert my sales order to delivery.

The field is call "reference (NumAtCard)".

-Under the phone.

How can i make it appear at the target document.

Hi Bruce,

There is two ways

1) Under Admin->System Initialisation->Document settings and on the general tab that says "remarks on document to include". Basicaly you can set the customer reference to be copied to the remarks field in the target document.

2)make a user defined field on "Title" level. Then in the quote make a formated search for the user field you added, it must copy whats inside cust ref. Then when you say sales order based on qoute all user defined fields are copied. then make cust ref a formatted search that copies it back in. It is a bit laborious but it does work.
