Creating a central contract for service item in SAP SRM and same is transferred to ECC thr' PI.

1.The contract gets error as 'Enter EBELP' in ECC system.

2. Is that possible to create a central contract for serivce item directly without hierarchy structure in SAP SRM??

3. I have a document type CCTR-> linked to HIER_SRM

4. In othere scenerio, PR that comes from ECC has service Hierarchy structure, for that SC when i create a Contract using CCT2-> linked to HIER_SE.

kindly help me on the above scenerio..

Thanks.

Hello ,

    1. For the first the item number generation has failed. EBELP is actually the ERP item no field and may have had a mismatch . Can you check the table BBP_CTR_ITEM_MAP in ERP with the contract number to see if the item numbering is maintained.

    2. It is possible to create a service item without hierarchy if no hierarchy template is assigned. While transfer we will generate a dummy outline a dummy and send to ECC.

I am not sure of the question 3 and 4.

Thanks and Regards,

Hi,

Thanks for the response.

1. Since the contract itself is not created, which is ends with error while creating ' Enter EBELP' there is not entry in the table BBP_CTR_ITEM_MAP.

Thanks,

Tamil.

Thanks and Regards,

Hello Tamil,

I see the ID should be a five character field. I am 100% sure though. Can you make this 00001 and recheck the issue. Not sure if the conversion needs to be done.

Thanks and Regards,
