Best way to disable change detection/Delta mechanism in Agentry

Hi,

For some reason, we need to consider disable the change detection or Delta mechanism in Agentry for Work Order and Notification object.

We need to make sure everytime user does a sync, the work orders and notifications will be completely replaced on the device.

I am investigating which way is the best to do it in configuration.

Thanks,

Kevin Hu

One option is to go to the Fetch for the Work Orders and Notification and select "Clear Collection".

This will reset the collection at the start of the transmit a cause the fetch to act like a initial download fetch.

    Hi,

You can even try removing the exchange object from work order and notification mobile data object or deactivate the exchange objects.

    Thanks & Regards,

Yes. both you and stephen's solution will work. Thanks.

I just want to bring in this topic further.

For example, If I disable the work order and notification exchange objects, does it make sense to still keep the func loc and equipment exchange objects active?

Or how it exactly works during the linkage between work order exchange object and func loc exchange objects. I just want to minimize the unuseful DB triggers in the backend.
