CTM does not consider orders from ECC process, to calculate the master production plan

Hi gurus, Any of you worked in a scenario where CTM should consider the process firm orders from ECC? I am currently working on a stage of planning, whereby CTM should consider orders from fixed ECC, as projected inventory available for the planning of needs. Hello Andres,

Please check in the CTM profile, tab Planning Scope, section Supply Selection what is your order selection.

The category of the process order have to be taken in consideration. Also you have to work with planning strategy - Do not delete any Orders.

    Hope that can help you.

    Thanks.

      Hello Andreas,

Please check in the CTM Profile, tab Strategies, Special Strategies if Supply Consumption is enabled. Also the planning mode should be Replan all Orders (tab Planning Strategies).

      Thanks.

      Regards, Marius

    Hello,

Please perform supply simulation for your CTM profile, see whether the fixed order is in the supply list.

    Best Regards,
    Ada

    Hi,

It looks like the scenario is due to fix lot size , or minimum lot size.I can see the production planed is always 10. Check your master data.

    Hello everyone:

    The problem is already solved.

I commented that the correct assignment of demand, is done when the needs are sorted by date of availability.

Thank you all for your help
