CR for Visual Studio installer hangs

When installing CRforVS_13_0_12.exe, it gets most of the way
through the installation (several minutes of visible progress), and then hangs
forever as shown below.  Always with 2 minutes remaining.  There is no way out except to Cancel.  But if I do
that, the installation is deemed incomplete.  Any thoughts?

I just installed this afternoon with the same configuration as you have.  At the end, it did hang for several minutes.  I just let it go and eventually the Finish screen came up - about 15 minutes later.

Good to know Dell.  I've let it go for a couple of hours now, with no change.  I'll leave it alone for the rest of the day just in case.  Thanks for the reply.  Mike.
