Problem with Zebra printer peel-off mode

We are printing barcode-labels generated in a Crystal Report to a Zebra desktop printer. The printer is set to peel-off mode but does
not stop after each label (it stops when printing labels from other softwares).

We tried setting the printer to block the Crystal Report commands – no success. How can we get peel-off mode to work with CR?

Are there specifig settings in Crystal Reports for sending such commands to the printer?

Crystal Runtime Support Pack 12

Hi Axel,

Are you saving that setting in the Report or selecting it when printing?

To save it click on File, Print and select those options and then Apply. Save the report.

See if that works?

If not then it's because CR does not recognize those specific printer "custom" properties.

And how have you set these properties?
