Ship To Address in PO

Dear all,  Everytime when a user generates a new PO the address details from the company details window is getting copied to Ship Address in purchase order - logistics tab, but not the address of the warehouse is copied.  why ?  is there any configuration is missing? please suggest.

SBO Version 9.0  PL 13

Hi,

You need to select check box "Use Warehouse Address" under above path. Refer below scree shot:

Dear Atul and Nagarajan, thanks for the reply.   I did the same but it is still copying the address from the company details window.  not from the warehouse address.

after update do I need to log off and re-login ?  (this is I have not done yet)

Try to logoff and logon and then check.

Yes.. you need to log out and log in for taking setting effect in Database.

Please check that the same setting is applied in user defaults if you are using any..

Thanks for the replies,  Yes according to Joseph the culprit is the user defaults, the same check box (as Nagarajan and Atul suggested) must also need to be selected in the user defaults .  I tried with another user and it is working now.

Try below.

Go to below Path.

Administration >>>> System Initialization >>>> Document Setting >>>> General Tab

Please check below Option:

  *User Warehouse Address.
