Error system copy CRM

Hi, i need your help.

We run sytem refresh in the CRM system. Copy Producction system in other server.

We try open the transaction CRM_UI open the old url, this old url is the web dispatcher production. We need change the URL to new webdispatcher.

How to change the URL?

Hi Eli,

You need to maintian the URL in Table HTTPURLLOC with your hostname and port.

I check the trable HTTPURLLOC but no items in the vaule URL.

Hello Eli,

Can you check the same for Prod system as this entry has to be there inorder to make the CRM_UI available.

also check the SICF services too for CRM .

Hi

Did you try to test the Link from TXN SICF ( /default_host/sap/bc/bsp/sap/crm_ui_start )  . When you test from SICF is it still taking you to the production Link ?

On the Errors tab  have you mapped to any  production links ?
