Entry 39 01 doesnot exist in T556A : Though entry exists

While changing absence quota, I am getting an error saying entry 39 01 doesnot exist in t556a though it exists.

When you try to create a quota for an employee from PA30 screen, can you post the screenshot of what you see when you press F4 on the subtype field. Also let us know which one from this list do you select while creating the quota.

Hi Shruti,

I was able to resolve . ESG Grouping for time quota somehow deleted from Test client(V_503_ALL) when the system was open however it was there in DEV client. After maintaining that entry, it was resolved.

You have not linked the PSA grouping for time quotas.
