Linking OLE Excel Chart and Crystal

Is the ability to link an ole excel chart into a crystal report still available in crystal reports for enterprise?  I can not find it anywhere and it is not mentioned in the user guide either.  Thank you.

No, it is not available in CR4E.  It may still be available in the "classic" version of Crystal (Crystal 2013) though.

Thank you for the quick response.  What was the intent of creating CR4E?  It just seems like a paired down version of crystal 11 missing key functionality.

CR4E is optimized for connecting to BW and Hana.  It can also use .unx universes for its queries instead of .unv universes ("classic" Crystal can only use .unv universes).  As far as I can tell, it's not necessarily a replacement for classic Crystal, even though it now will allow you to write commands and connection to other types of data in addition to BW, Hana, and .unx  - it didn't when it first came out, though and each SP adds a bit more functionality.  Personally, I don't ever see it replacing classic Crystal for those users who are not connecting to SAP data.
