Case Object & Offline functionality for SAP Sales/Service Manager

Hi Gurus,

Can any one please comment on the below .

* Adding Case Object to Sales / Service Manager (Can this be done ? )?

* Offline capabilities ( Maximum accounts / Cases which can be created on single transmit any threshold ? )

* Feasibility of using this software in areas lacking connectivity ( some what related to my second question )
