Supplier Communication ?

Hi Folks,

Situation : IF we upload a workbook of Supplier Contacts ( approx. 1500), in a new system, would they be  notified through system generation emails, I  mean notification about the new Sourcing systems link and  their new login credentials?

Is  there  a  way  that  all  these  1500  suppliers get new system Link and  login  credentials  through system generated emails? all in  one  go..

Hi HM

You can import the "Contact" Workbook with Primary Contact details and below Fields set to TRUE:

• GENERATE_NEW_PWD
• SEND_NOTIFICATION

System will send the notification to the supplier's primary Contact with the user name and password.
